I am a patient: How do I register?

Portal Registration:

  • Click “Register.”
  • Read the registration consent, and click “I accept.”
  • Enter required information to create the account. Then click “Save.”

Patient Verification:

  • On the patient verification page, click the radio button beside “I have an appointment or have been seen here before by a physician.” Then click “Next.”
  • To complete the verification process, you will need the PIN letter issued to you by the front desk receptionist. Fill in the PIN, first and last name fields exactly as they appear on the letter. Then click “Verify.”
  • Once verification is complete, you are able to begin using all of the available portal services.

How do I add a family member to my account?

Adding a Family Member:

  • Click the “Edit _________’s Account” link at the top of the page.
  • Click the “My Family” tab. Then “Add Family Member.”
  • Click the drop-down arrow to choose your relationship to the patient. Make sure the “Yes” radio button is selected. Then click “Next.”
  • To complete the verification process, you will need the PIN letter issued to you by Valley Health. Fill in the PIN, first and last name fields exactly as the appear on your letter. Then click “Verify.”
  • Once verified, you can click “View Family Members” and begin using the portal services.

How does a non-Valley Health patient parent register his/her patient child?

Non-Patient Parents Registering to Access Patient Child Information:   *If you are a parent registering on the portal to access you child(ren)’s information and you are NOT a patient of Valley Health, enter your information on the Registration Page. You will be given an option to link you child(ren)’s account once the registration is complete.

  • Click “Register.”
  • Read the registration consent and click “I accept.”
  • Enter required information to create the account. Then click “Save.”
  • On the patient verification page, click the radio button beside “I have no been seen here before.” Then click “Next.” (The portal defaults to a page for patients who have verified accounts and will show a “Page Disabled” message. This page will display properly once the child’s account information has been verified.)
  • To verify your child’s identity, click the “Edit ______’s Account” link at the top of the page.
  • Click the “My Family” tab. Then “Add Family Member.”
  • Click the drop-down arrow to choose our relationship to the patient. Make sure the “Yes” radio button is selected. Then click “Next.”
