Clinical Coordinator at KidCare

Valley Health has a full-time position open for a Clinical Coordinator at our new location Valley Health – KidCare located in Charleston, WV. Applicant must possess a WV RN or LPN licensure and have 3 – 5 years nursing experience. Duties include but are not limited to: supervising and managing the clinical operations of the site such as management of clinical staff, ordering and maintaining clinical supplies, managing follow-up logs, patient education and counseling services, patient education materials, staff continuing education, new employee training, budgeting, and scheduling. Dental Assistant at Milton

Valley Health has a full-time position available for a Dental Assistant at Valley Health – Milton.  The successful candidate must possess good organizational and communication skills with the ability to work as part of the team to provide quality patient care. The employee must be flexible to work all areas of the dental department: dental reception, chairside dental assisting, dental lab and sterilization. Some evening hours are required. Behavioral Health Patient Advocate at Milton

Valley Health has a full-time position available for a Behavioral Health Patient Advocate at Valley Health – Milton. This position will interact regularly with the patient population to identify barriers and link to resources as needed. Applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent and possess excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. Duties will include but are not limited to: assisting in care coordination which includes referral processing and tracking, communicating with patients between visits to the health center and linking to internal or community resources, and addressing needs of patients and families through the concept of population management. A Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field is preferred. Cross-training in front office duties and outreach will be required as well. EOE/Drug-free Workplace

Patient Account Representative in Billing Department

Valley Health has full-time positions available for Patient Account Representative in Collections, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare and Medicaid.  Applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent.  Excellent organizational and communication skills required.  Duties include but are not limited to: claims processing, electronic billing, patient phone calls, etc.  ICD10/CPT coding and Intergy experience preferred.
