Participants with Dental Insurance: Insurance will be billed with no additional costs to participants. Free Optometry Services - if child has not had an exam in the past year.
Select frames and lenses - no charge. Open to All Children 14 and younger: Regardless of health insurance—everyone is welcome! Participants with Vision Insurance: Insurance will be billed with no additional costs to participants.
Comprehensive sports physicals - evaluations on health, fitness level, and any conditions affecting their performance or safety.
Sports physicals are not billed through insurance, and are $22 at the time of visit - unless child needs a well-child exam. In this case we will bill insurance and complete necessary paperwork.
