• Prescription Fulfillment: Our experienced pharmacists ensure that your prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently, with convenient pickup or delivery options.
• Medication Management: We offer comprehensive medication management services to help you understand and effectively manage your medications, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
• Consultations: Our knowledgeable pharmacists are available for one-on-one consultations to discuss your medications, health conditions, and overall wellness.
• Clinical Services: Our Clinical Pharmacy team coordinates with healthcare providers to offer services such as Chronic Disease Management for Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Blood Thinners, Transitions of Care (Hospital Follow-ups/ER Visits), and MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Annual Reviews.
• Medication Synchronization (Med Sync): Sync your prescriptions for easy pickup on the same day each month or every three months.
• Mail Delivery: Valley Health offers convenient mail delivery for eligible medications. West Virginia Medicaid (WVM) or cash-paying patients may have medications mailed, except for controlled substances, refrigerated, or liquid medications. Patients requiring refrigerated or liquid medications can still use our Courier Delivery service. Please note that controlled substances cannot be delivered by mail or courier.
• Courier Delivery: For added convenience, we deliver medications to Valley Health sites that do not have a pharmacy on-site. This service does not include controlled medications.
• Slide Fee Discount: Our Slide Fee Discount Program offers income-based discounts on medications, ensuring that patients receive affordable care.
