• Closed from 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm daily for lunch.

• Clinical Services: Our Clinical Pharmacy team coordinates with healthcare providers to offer services such as Chronic Disease Management for Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Blood Thinners, Transitions of Care (Hospital Follow-ups/ER Visits), and MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Annual Reviews.
• Medication Synchronization (Med Sync): Sync your prescriptions for easy pickup on the same day each month or every three months.
• Courier Delivery: For added convenience, we deliver medications to Valley Health sites that do not have a pharmacy on-site. This service does not include controlled medications.
• Slide Fee Discount: We offer income-based discounts on medications through our Slide Fee Discount Program, ensuring that patients receive affordable care.
• Drive Thru- This location has a convenient drive-thru option to make picking up your prescription easier.
