[September 5, 2024, Charleston, WV ] – Valley Health Systems Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Reuther, Physician Assistant, to the KidCare team located at 4407 MacCorkle Avenue SC in Charleston, WV. A passionate advocate for primary care in West Virginia communities, Reuther is excited to be caring for her friends and neighbors.
Reuther graduated from the Physician Assistant Studies program at the University of Charleston and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Marshall University. Her special interests include preventative medicine and managing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. As a Charleston native, Reuther is excited to have the opportunity to make a difference in the local community.

Reuther is an active member of the West Virginia Association of Physician Assistants (WVAPA) and the West Virginia Rural Health Association. Reuther resides in Charleston and enjoys working out, reading, and playing fetch with her cat, Maxine, in her spare time. Reuther is also the current Miss West Virginia 2024 and will be competing in Miss America next year.
