These changes will empower our leaders to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency within the organization.
Effective immediately, the following leadership title changes have been made: –
- Mary-Beth Brubeck has been appointed to Executive Vice President / CFO, where she will oversee all financial strategies and ensure fiscal responsibility throughout the organization.
- Rachel Lively takes on the role of Executive Vice President / COO, bringing her extensive experience to further optimize operational processes and enhance patient care delivery.
- Angie Wellman will serve as the Vice President of Information Systems / CIO, driving advancements in technology and information management to support Valley Health’s strategic goals.
- Andrea Vallejos, MD has been promoted to Vice President of Health Informatics / CMIO, where she will lead efforts in leveraging health data to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Antonio Smith steps into the role of Chief Revenue Officer, focusing on maximizing revenue streams and ensuring financial viability for the organization.
- Brett Wellman, FNP has assumed the position of Chief Community Health Officer, responsible for leading initiatives that enhance community health and access to care.
- Matthew Cremeans appointed as the Information Security Officer, responsible for safeguarding the integrity and security of Valley Health’s information systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and protecting patient information.
- David Dunfee has taken on the role of Director of Information Technology Infrastructure, and will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, focusing on optimizing performance, reliability, and security across all technological platforms.
- Ryan Johnson steps into the position of Director of Information Technology Operations, with responsibilities including streamlining IT operations and enhancing service delivery to support Valley Health’s strategic initiatives effectively.
- Rachel Jeffers has been promoted to Revenue Cycle Administrator, and will lead revenue cycle management efforts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing processes to support Valley Health’s mission of providing premiere patient care services.
- Courtney Meese will serve as the Director of Human Resources, guiding workforce development and ensuring a supportive, inclusive work environment for all staff.
- Jessica Staples appointed as the Director of Marketing and Events, tasked with elevating Valley Health’s brand presence and community engagement programs.
- Amanda Buell named Events and Experience Administrator. Amanda will take charge of planning and executing events that enrich the experiences of our patients, staff, and community.
