
[January 21, 2025, 2024 – Huntington, WV] Valley Health is pleased to further the mission of better access to behavioral health with the addition of nurse practitioner Janell Fitzgerald-Kratzenberg. She will be seeing patients at Valley Health – Highlawn.
Fitzgerald-Kratzenberg joins the Valley Health Family with 7 years of clinical expertise with experience including family practice, palliative care, behavioral health, and addiction medicine. She attended Ohio University for her Master of Science in Nursing and her post-master’s degree at Northern Kentucky University. She holds certifications from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and Telehealth Certification for Health Care Providers.
Growing up in Lawrence County, Kentucky, she is excited to help patients who are also friends and family. “Joining Valley Health is an exciting opportunity for me! Fitzgerald-Kratzenberg resides in Chesapeake, Ohio. She is pursuing her private pilot’s license with the goal of owning her own plane! She loves to travel and has two boxers that go on her adventures whenever possible.
