Valley Health is pleased to announce the addition of Thomas Moore, Family Nurse Practitioner, to our dedicated team at Valley Health – Fort Gay. With more than 20 years of comprehensive nursing experience in behavioral health, neurology, oncology care, and family practice, Moore brings his extensive expertise and rich background to Valley Health patients.
Moore is a graduate of Kentucky Christian University, Western Governors University, and Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association, the Kentucky Nurses Association, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
