 Participants with Dental Insurance: Insurance will be billed with no additional costs to participants.

Comprehensive sports physicals - evaluations on health, fitness level, and any conditions affecting their performance or safety.
Sports physicals are not billed through insurance, and are $22 at the time of visit - unless child needs a well-child exam. In this case we will bill insurance and complete necessary paperwork.
