Valley Health invites families across the Tri-State to join us for the 2026 Valley Health Back to School Kids Event – “Blast Off to a Healthy Year!” on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Enslow Park Presbyterian Church in Huntington, West Virginia. This free, family-friendly community event is designed to help children and families start the school year with fun, confidence, and a focus on healthy living.
The Valley Health Kids Event has become a popular back-to-school event for families in Huntington WV and the surrounding Tri-State area, bringing together healthcare providers, community organizations, and local partners to celebrate kids, health, and education. This year’s exciting space-themed event will feature interactive activities, games, prizes, and opportunities for children to learn about healthy habits in an engaging and memorable way.

The event will also feature selfie stations where families can capture fun photos together, themed around our “Blast Off to a Healthy Year” space adventure. One of the highlights of the event will be the dunk tank, where brave volunteers will take the plunge to raise excitement and laughter for a great cause.
