Valley Health Systems Inc. is excited to announce the appointment of Aaron Holderby as the new Director of Project Management and Strategic Initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in management, patient experience, and quality roles, Aaron is set to play a key role in advancing Valley Health’s mission by leading strategic projects that aim to improve patient experiences and optimize operations.
In his previous role, Aaron worked as manager for Coram/CVS Specialty Infusion, driving the implementation and coordination of organizational strategy and patient experience initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Guidance and Counseling Psychology from Bob Jones University. His diverse background in healthcare management is complemented by a deep commitment to improving patient care and operational efficiency.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Aaron is passionate about cooking, but says his greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife and their five children.
