Valley Health is pleased to welcome Kiley McCoy, MSW, LGWV, to the Valley Health Pea Ridge Center for Senior Wellness. McCoy will serve as a Geriatric Social Services Provider, helping older adults and their families navigate the complex medical, emotional, and social challenges that often accompany aging.
McCoy earned her Master of Social Work from Marshall University and holds a Bachelor of Social Work from West Virginia University with a minor in Psychology. She brings experience in behavioral health, crisis evaluation, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary care coordination across hospital and long-term care settings.
Prior to joining Valley Health, McCoy served as Director of Social Services II at Trilogy Park Terrace in Louisville, Kentucky, where she worked closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. She previously worked as a Social Services Specialist at Genesis Pierpont Center in Fairmont, West Virginia, and as a Social Worker at WVU Health Systems in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, where she conducted psychosocial evaluations, assisted patients and families with discharge planning, and connected individuals with community resources and support services.
In her role at Valley Health, McCoy will assist seniors with care planning, behavioral health support, resource coordination, and services designed to help patients maintain independence and quality of life.
“I’m honored to join the Valley Health team and work with older adults in our community,” said McCoy. “Senior wellness is about more than medical care—it’s about helping people feel supported, understood, and connected to the resources they need to live well. I look forward to partnering with patients, families, and providers to make a meaningful difference.”
The Valley Health Pea Ridge Center for Senior Wellness offers comprehensive services focused on helping older adults stay healthy, active, and independent. The center provides primary care, chronic disease management, behavioral health support, and care coordination tailored to the unique needs of seniors.
“We are excited to welcome Kiley to the Senior Wellness team,” said Dr. Cindy Pinson, Section Chief of Senior Wellness at Valley Health. “Her background in social work and behavioral health will be an invaluable asset to our patients. Many seniors face challenges beyond their medical needs, and having a compassionate professional who can help navigate resources and provide support makes a tremendous difference.”
