Valley Health is excited to announce the addition of Nurse Practitioner Gretchen Hammond to the team at Valley Health – Point Pleasant. Gretchen will work on weekends, bringing her extensive expertise to our patients in the community.
With more than 20 years of diverse experience in healthcare, Hammond is board-certified and has a comprehensive background that spans emergency care, long-term care, and assistant professorship roles. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marshall University and her Master of Science in Nursing—Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. Her knowledge and training will enable her to provide top-quality care to our patients.

Hammond currently resides in Point Pleasant with her family. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family in her spare time.
