Valley Health Systems is pleased to announce that Karen Dalton, RDH, is now part of the dental care team at Valley Health East Huntington Dental.
Dalton is a licensed registered dental hygienist with more than a decade of experience providing preventive dental care, periodontal treatment, and patient education. She is known for her patient-centered approach and commitment to helping individuals improve and maintain long-term oral health.
Prior to joining Valley Health, Dalton served as a registered dental hygienist with Dr. Charles Sammons in Louisa, Kentucky, where she provided comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education focused on preventive care and long-term oral health. She also previously worked as Lead Registered Dental Hygienist with Aspen Dental in Ashland, Kentucky. Earlier in her career, Dalton worked with Dr. Richard Justice in Grayson, Kentucky.
Dalton earned her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Big Sandy Community and Technical College in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Karen lives in Louisa, Kentucky and enjoys spending time with her three children, being on the lake, and working with her church in her off work hours.
