Telehealth – Let’s Stay Connected

Telehealth provides a safe and convenient way for you and your provider to stay connected without face-to-face, in-office contact. Using telephone and/or video chat technologies, you and your provider can easily discuss health concerns, diagnosis, and treatment options as you would during a normal in-office visit.

What Services Can I Receive Using Telehealth?

Valley Health has been granted temporary permission to offer telehealth appointments for behavioral health, dental, MAT, family medicine, OB/GYN, internal medicine, pediatrics and QUICKCARE services. We are also using telehealth as a way to screen individuals who may show symptoms of the novel COVID-19 Coronavirus.

How Do I Schedule a Telehealth Appointment?

For Routine Healthcare:  Patients may schedule appointments by calling the health center of their choice.

What Do I Need to Do Before My Appointment?

Provide consent: Click here to complete the Informed Consent for Telehealth and/or Telemental Health.

The preferred method for connecting to a Valley Health provider via Telehealth is the Epic MyChart patient portal.

You may also connect with us using Doximity:
Doximity does not require that you install an application. Instead, you will receive a text from your provider when it’s time for your appointment. The text will have links to follow and allows you to use the camera on your phone for your visit.
