Valley Health Welcomes Dr. Kelly Logan, Psychiatrist

Dr. Kelly Logan, PsychiatristHURRICANE, W.Va. – Valley Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Kelly Logan, psychiatrist, to our growing team of behavioral health providers.

Dr. Logan received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from WV School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013. She completed her residency at WVU School of Medicine – Charleston Division where she served for the past year as chief psychiatric resident. She is currently a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Psychiatric Association and American Society of Addiction Medicine. Clinically, her areas of interest include general psychiatry and addiction medicine.

Dr. Logan is a Barboursville native who comes from several generations of healthcare providers. She is the daughter of local physician Dr. David Apgar, granddaughter of the late Dr. Carlton Apgar, and niece of Dr. Drew Apgar. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and as a Marshall alum, cheering on the Herd.
