Valley Health Welcomes Kelli Chapman, Licensed Professional Counselor

Kelli Chapman, Licensed Professional CounselorHUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Valley Health – Highlawn is pleased to welcome Kelli Chapman, licensed professional counselor, to its team of behavioral health providers.

A Lawrence County native, Chapman received her master’s in mental health counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in 2007. Chapman has over 10 years experience providing mental health and substance use counseling to adults and children across the tri-state. Most recently, she served as a supervisor at Pathways Crisis Stabilization Unit where she oversaw therapists, social workers, peer support specialists and associates who assisted with the stabilization of clients. She has also worked as a clinical coordinator and therapist at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital, where she served as a team leader and provided acute therapeutic intervention to psychiatric and substance use patients. At Valley Health, she will be providing therapy services for individuals with substance use disorders in its Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program.
