About the Event:
Enslow Park Presbyterian Church and Valley Health Systems, Inc. are proud to present the fourth annual Back-to-School Event! This exciting celebration, themed "World of Sports" this year, in honor of Children’s Health Day as part of National Health Center Week, promises to be a day filled with fun, games, and essential resources for families in our community.

Event Highlights:

Theme: "World of Sports" - Get ready for a day of sports-themed activities and games for the whole family!
Activities: Join in on sports-themed activities, games, and competitions suitable for all ages.
Information: Learn about local organizations and resources dedicated to health, wellness, and community support.
Giveaways: Don't miss out on free backpacks filled with school supplies for children attending the event.
Wellness Screenings, Immunizations and Sports Physicals: If your child needs a back-to-school wellness screening, well child or immunizations our clinical team will be there to provide those onsite. Insurance will be billed for the screening and immunization if the child has it. Sports physicals are not covered under insurance and are $22 at the time of the visit unless the child is due for a well- child visit at which time we will bill the insurance and complete the necessary paperwork.

How to Get Involved:

Volunteers Needed: Help make the event a success and earn community service hours!
Donations: We are seeking donations of backpacks and school supplies to distribute to attendees.
Coaches and Athletes: We're looking for enthusiastic coaches and athletes to participate in our hands-on activities.
